Clairemont vs UC Flag

Clairemont won the last time they faced University City and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Chieftains came out on top against the Centurions by a score of 25-12. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Chieftains. 

 
The scores for Clairemont came from #11, Senior Camryn Walton, #23 Senior, Natalie Hovey, #12, Junior Lena Hysko, and #4, Sophomore Abby Mora. 

 
Defensively the team can thank #7, Junior Janelle Darensburg, #10, Freshman Kacey Otterman, Hovey, and #6, Senior Jada Bunton who stopped the UC offense’s run and air game in its tracks and picked off the QB 3 times.

 
Clairemont is now 13-4 and has one more game left in the 2025 season. They take on league opponents, Point Loma, for CHS Senior Night on Tuesday, 10/21 at 6:00pm at Clairemont.
