The Lady Chieftains’ Senior Night was a tough match-up against Point Loma’s Pointers.  With both teams battling, the game remained scoreless in the first quarter.  A shoot-out in front of the goal finally put the Chiefs on the board when Kenzie Malloy (Fr) knocked one it to bring the Chiefs up 1-0 before the half.

The Pointers weren’t going down without a fight, and held the Chiefs scoreless in the third quarter.  Halfway through the 4th, Maelea Silao (Sr) made a great pass to Grace Brown (Sr) who shot in a banger for the second goal. The Chiefs’ defensive wall held the Pointers scoreless to end the game 2-0.

It was a great win to honor the Chieftains’ Senior class.  Wishing all the best to Lilianna Prince, Maelea Silao, Iris Hallin, Reece Brancheau, Grace Eliason, Marley Epps, Grace Brown, Luciana Comalli, and Jennifer Ordoukhanian.  You will be missed!!
