Offense
The air attack continues to be a major threat, with two of the three touchdowns coming through the passing game. Senior, #23, Natalie Hovey hauled in one score, while Senior, #9, Alexis Benjamin added another. Freshman, #10, Kacey Otterman was a key playmaker, securing 9 receptions for 97 yards and moving the chains throughout the game.

Defense
The defense was equally relentless, racking up 27 total tackles. Benjamin led the charge with 11 tackles, a pick-six, and 2 pass deflections. Otterman also made her mark defensively, contributing 5 tackles, 2 interceptions, and 2 pass breakups.

Clairemont’s balance on both sides of the ball secured the shutout and highlighted the team’s growing confidence as the season progresses. They travel to Scripps Ranch to face the Falcons in a league game on Tuesday, 9/23 at 5:00pm.
